Popular Bali baker Starter Lab at present open up in Singapore at Havelock Route
It's the only outlet autonomously from the original in Canggu, which is famous for its sourdough bread.

Starter Lab, a famous baker from Canggu, Bali, is at present open in Singapore with an outlet at Havelock Road. It's the but one outside of the Indonesian island.
The bakery is known for its sourdough bread that has attracted many fans, including Locavore, the simply Indonesian restaurant on Asia'southward l Best Restaurants list.
Filipino-American Emerson Manibo started the original Starter Lab in Bali in 2022 with his partner, Min Siah. He has worked at New York's three Michelin-starred Per Se and some of the best bakeries in the business organisation, Tartine Bakery and Della Fattoria in California, and is the baker consultant for the Singapore operation.
The outlet, which seats around 35, offers an extensive list of sandwiches, breads and pastries, also as coffee by Anther by Glasshouse. At that place's too a takeaway booth for those who are just making a quick pit stop.
In that location are seven types of sourdough breadstuff on offer, priced between S$12 and $18 for a loaf weighing around 1kg. Signature loaves include the miso baguette and the rosemary lemon with sea table salt, while some must-try items on the menu include the Starter Lab 3 cheese and the roasted cauliflower sandwiches.
